In order to be ready to request a personal parish, the TLM community will:
1) support regular liturgical celebrations coupled with communal activities ranging from devotional, educational, and fellowship activities to corporal works of mercy, particularly through the establishment of a monthly TMSR day of worship and fellowship;
2) a building fund sufficient to initially rent a building and renovate it for proper celebration of the Tridentine Mass;
3) pledges of monthly support sufficient to cover the needs of a parish.
With the record of vibrant participation in communal life both as part of the TMSR and in our present parishes coupled with pledges of financial stability, the community will be well-equipped to approach our bishop and request the establishment of a personal parish.
It may be that many families of the parish would choose to move close to the parish in order to form a local nucleus of the parish community.
